Great apartment. Nice neighbors around and I felt safe the whole time. Apartment is quiet and landlords are quick to respond. I 100% recommend this place.

Amazing Stay, especially for traveling healthcare workers

This was a amazing stay for my traveler assignment at SLU. The location is quite, safe (solo traveler, female) and convenient to anything you could imagine youll need. There is a beautiful park within walking distance, surrounded by a very safe neighborhood and neighbors. The apartment was spacious, clean, with updated appliances. Anything that went wrong or needed to be updated in the apartment the landlords were front and center to every need without any hesitation to your concerns. Also, making sure if I was at work to make sure they didnt disturb anyone (I take call). I have zero complaints about my stay. If I do another assignment in Missouri, I would FOR SURE stay in the same exact place :)

Great Property

I stayed at this property for a travel nurse assignment at Missouri Baptist. It was a great location with a large park having farmers markets every Saturday, great places to eat nearby, and every amenity in the apartment. Landlord is readily available if you need anything. If I get another contract in St. Louis, I will definitely try to stay here again.

The modern micro apartment had everything I needed in a space that was enough for me, especially the in-unit washer and dryer (my deal-breaker). JS, property manager, is extremely kind and professional. During my work contract, J ensured I felt comfortable and that everything was accommodated for. Any repair was handled in a quick, professional manner with frequent communication through texts: wifi, plumbing, etc. There are also cameras outside the apartments to ensure safety and security. Overall, a great experience! Highly recommend.
