Duel "En Suite" in the Medical District

during our 6mo stay, we have several issues. we are a military family so of course, we couldn't see the place in person prior. Hoping the landlord, Gail would make sure the property is in the condition it should be in. However, the guest shower constantly had mildew in it which the landlord refused to address. When several professionals came out, it was said it was because of the AC overflowing into the shower. Which Gail also refused to fix. Highly do not recommend, not easy to work with and mildew with 100% eventually become a bigger issue. To note, when we moved in we were told the place was cleaned and it clearly was not. From old food left in the waffle maker, to dust scattered throughout the unit.

Great Location

This place is an ideal location for healthcare workers since it's located right next to hospitals on Medical Drive. Gail is an awesome landlady! She made sure that everything about the place was either emailed or left on the table when I arrived. Gail always promptly responded to my text with any issue or question I had. Loved the private patio area & it had the pool right next to it. Being on the lower floor, it was easier to unload my stuff. It's a gated community, so I felt pretty safe. The condo felt cozy. I highly recommend this place & Gail. Thank you for letting me stay.
