Guest Bedroom

I stayed with Theo for 6 months while I was doing my clinical rotations. Theo is on top of anything that needs fixing and gets it done in a timely manner. The house is well maintained and very clean. Location wise it's also in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking. The thing I miss most during my time there is his phenomenal laundry machine. Highly recommend renting there for those looking for a place to stay in San Jose.

Flexible, Respectful, and Always Clean

I stayed with Theo for 3 months at a very critical time in my life and he was very flexible and willing to delay my move in a couple weeks because I had a very dynamic situation with family last fall. He was warm and welcoming, maintaining a clean and organized home at all times, which I highly appreciated. Theo is a personable guy and transparent on his expectations but accommodating for rent as long as it was agreed upon ahead of time. Would recommend anyone who appreciates a safe, clean, and welcoming home to share.

Great Place

I stayed with Theo for 3 months in the summer. He was an amazing land-lord, always kept the house extremely neat and cozy. Neighborhood was very safe and nice to walk at night.

Theo was a good host. He keeps a tidy place. His rental agreement and check in were seamless. I appreciated that he took time away from work to meet me at his property, show me around and give me access. The guest room I rented was practical and convenient to work. Theo gave me place a house my bike as it is my only source of transportation while away from home. Thank you Theo for your hospitality.

Can't say enough good things about Theo and his place, clean, great neighborhood, overall great experience and can say best renting experience I've ever had and I've had a lot. Would stay there again

Great Host

I stayed at Theo's place for three months this summer, and it was a great experience. Theo was incredibly helpful and easy to talk to. He put a lot of effort into keeping the house clean and well-maintained. Even during a power outage, he went out of his way to buy ice to store food for the tenants. This shows how much he cares about his tenants. I highly recommend Theo's place to everyone.
