Its an old house, so things sometimes fall apart, but 2 members of the owners family live in the house and help ensure that anything needing repair or replacement gets quickly attended to. There is off-street parking, but the 57 and 66 buses, the B Green Line light rail, and the commuter rail at Boston Landing are there to take you to downtown Boston, Cambridge, and other locales. The neighborhood is packed with Korean, Burmese, Turkish, Russian, and other ethnic restaurants and groceries. No problem getting mail delivery there, unlike many other short-term rentals. It is on a busy arterial, so traffic and siren noises can be substantial, but one of the bedrooms is isolated from the steet and quiet.
