Super close to NCH and Grant

Dan was transitioning from an AirB&B to a midterm rental. We had great open communication about a few things needed to make the switch. Dan was always positive and helpful. I enjoyed having the fenced in back yard so that my dog could go outside without me having to put snow boots on. Some improvements were made while I was staying there, and Dan worked with my schedule to accommodate. It was very close to Nationwide Childrens- it took me 8 mins to drive from the house to the L garage. Grant would be similar time. Also, the neighbor was a cool quirky guy that kinda helped look out for me and gave me suggestions on places to check out- he also has a very friendly dog if yours needs a play date.
