Cozy Living

Cozy yet spacious stay! Fully enjoyed my time and stay here. Location was ideal, being close to the hospital, Farmers Market and Broadway St with many restaurants along the way. Parking was easy, cute little backyard seating place and the walkability of the area felt safe. B was kind and nice to share some veggies from his garden during the season and helped me avoid getting a parking ticket. Would highly recommend.

Great spot! Location was everything, right off broadway and in a really nice neighborhood and park nearby. Considering I was there for 5 clinical rotations, all the hospitals I went to (HCA/Advent) were 20 minutes or less! Home itself was nice because it had its own separate entrance and front door with a shared laundry room (separate room and door). The living room and kitchen were spacious. Good spot for a short stay!

Broadway bungalow

This property is in an excellent location. There are nearby grocery stores and parks in walking distance. Entrances to the highway are close by. There is a separate entrance and Bill is very respectful of space. It was quiet and I felt safe! B is very responsive and was always willing to help with anything I needed and, he gave great local recommendations. I have only positive feedback for this stay! I would totally rent this place again in the future.
