I cannot say enough nice things about this villa and its wonderful owner! We originally booked as an annual renter in May 2023 but had such an enjoyable stay that we extended for another 6 months. The villa has a very pleasant screened outdoor area for grilling and watching golfers teeing off. Sunny and cheerful villa with lots of wildlife on view. Lovely, quiet golf course neighborhood and yet very close to fabulous shopping. Nearby are BJ's, Sams Club, Whole Foods, The Fresh Market, Trader Joes & Target-the list goes on. Numerous choices for fine dining. Non evacuation zone and we stayed put during hurricanes Helene and Milton. Villa is sturdy concrete block construction so we felt very safe. Very well equipped just bring your clothes and personal items. Single car garage for your private use. Comfortable King bed and modern LG appliances. Nice large LG washer and dryer. Smart TVs in both the great room and master bedroom. Reliable wifi. I brought my own Roku and Firestick streaming devices for convenience purposes. I think our terrific landlord thought of everything. Would gladly rent from her again!.
