I loved my stay here. I felt safe and the location had everything I needed within a few miles radius. Very convenient to the hospitals in Aurora so my drive to work was very quick and convenient. Tam is the nicest landlord I have ever encountered and is quick to respond to any request made. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great!

This property was exactly what we needed while we transitioned from one long term rental to another overseas! A great backyard with trampoline entertained our kiddos, plus a school playground just a short walk away. Our hosts were very accommodating and went above and beyond to meet our needs!

Very clean and quite property!

The property is very very clean and brand new. The landlord was very professional and polite. It was easy to communicate with the owners living just upstairs. They are open to be called and texted anytime. The street parking is always available because it not in a busy neighborhood. There are so many restaurants and shopping centers close to the property and the train station is about 4 blocks away from the property. We used to be from Denver and we enjoyed our stay in the property and while visiting family and friends. We may come back again next time when visit Denver if the property is available.
