I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The apt is in a great location, and in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Alica is a great host, this was my first time using FF and she made everything very easy.

I loved it here!

I really enjoyed my stay here! The apartment was spacious, comfortable and felt cozy. It was also very clean and well maintained. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet and made me feel safe. I enjoyed going on walks through the neighborhood and sitting outside to drink my coffee. The home was also close to many restaurants and shopping which made it so convenient! The check in process was very easy and the host, Alica was very thoughtful with accommodations. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here if looking for a nice place in the area!

I really enjoyed my experience here!!! Alicia is great and was always checking up on me making sure everything was working and I was comfortable! It felt very spacious and the neighborhood is very calm and quiet. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Loved it!

We just finished our 2 month stay here and absolutely loved it! The apartment is very clean and cozy. It had everything we could've needed. Alica, the landlord, was really kind and thoughtful. She left us a gift basket when we moved in, lent us anything we needed, and made us feel taken care of. We loved the neighborhood and felt very safe there. There are nice trails nearby that we enjoyed going for walks on. The house is close to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it!

Wonderful stay.

I enjoyed my stay at this property. It was in a very nice, safe neighborhood & location was perfect being close to restaurants & all types of shopping. The apartment itself was super clean & well maintained. It was very well furnished with everything you might need such as pots & pans, bedding, towels, & basics to get you started. The host also was very thoughtful & left a basket of snacks & goodies. I particularly liked the outside patio area, great quiet spot for having my morning coffee. If I return to this area, I would definitely stay here again if it's available. Thanks for making my stay so enjoyable.

Awesome Stay for a Summer Internship

I am a college student who is in an internship that required me to be in Overland Park for a portion of the summer. I found out about this website from Reddit, and messaged the landlord if I could possibly check this out, as I do not live too far away from Kansas. We met her, and she did a great job of alleviating my parents' concerns. The area where the unit is located has the best high schools in all of Kansas, so this really helped in making the area extremely safe. There are a lot of good stores and restaurants nearby. When I finally moved in, everything was clean, and anything I needed during my stay was immediately addressed. The landlord was extremely accommodating and a very pleasant person. There is a beautiful trail outside of the unit that I used and fast wifi was available. If I ever come back to Overland Park again, this would definitely be my first choice.

Amazing stay

Absolutely beautiful apartment in an extremely quiet, safe, family neighborhood setting. Steps away from miles of walking/running trails! Just a few minutes drive to Whole Foods, Trader Joes, and Target just to name a few! It felt like a home away from home during my two contracts in KS. A** is a wonderful host, super friendly, kind and considerate! 100% recommend!!

Great Stay

Located in a safe, quiet neighborhood near plenty of stores and restaurants. The apartment is well furnished, spacious, and private. The host is friendly and considerate, and kept me informed of any changes or potential noises during the day (I worked nights, she was very conscious and considerate of this and that I slept during the day). I rented the space for ~9 months and highly recommend it!
