Dania House

P's property is perfect for my needs. It has a bathroon and kitchenette enough that I can prepare my meals. It is located behind the house which is perfect for night shifter. Less noice during the day when you are sleeping. My first stay was September 2023 till December 24. I came back the second time from April 2025- November 2025. The property is close to everything, the beach is like 2-3 miles away, restaurants and shopping. More importantly the airport. I flew back home with less headache and if my family visit it is very conveniet. P and her family are very hospitable. They treat me like family. Thanks P. Hope to see you next year again.

Dania Beach House

P is an excellent host and a very generous person! She and her husband were kind enough to let me stay at their lovely home in Dania Beach for an entire month. P also has lots of adorable dogs in her house including Yuri, Bella, and Cookie. I was excited to meet the entire family! Her property has all the necessary amenities, including a bathroom, kitchenette, and a laundry room. The location is perfect - close to Dania Pointe, Dania Beach, and Fort Lauderdale airport. I highly recommend getting to know P if you have the chance. Shes an awesome host, a fantastic human being, and wonderful friend! Thank you so much P! Happy travels

Cozy in a safe neighborhood

Cozy studio with private entrance in a safe neighborhood. Close to the airport, and easy access to highways, close to the beaches and shopping. Clean and comfortable and great communication with the owner.

Couldnt ask for a better location Its near everything Fort Lauderdale Miami The beaches, shopping centres, grocery stores, great restaurants P and L are great host always there to answer your questions and if you need your space youll never know there not to far Great room in a quiet safe neighborhood Wouldnt hesitate to stay there again
