Stunning 1-bed in-law brand new, prime location

I had a wonderful stay here for my first travel contract! As a woman moving across the country alone and being in California for the first time, this was the most perfect place. The location was a quiet and conveinent neighborhood that felt safe. It was also close to gyms, restaurants, and the expressway making it easy to get to SF and other cities in the Bay Area. The unit itself was modern/updated and felt cozy which made it easy to settle in and feel at home during my stay. Ben was very professional, responsive, and made the whole process so seamless. I can't thank him enough. I would definitely recommend this place!

Great unit

One of the best places I’ve stayed over the last 7 years as a traveler! The ADU is updated and has everything one would want or need for a comfortable stay. The move-in/move-out process was easy, and Ben was always easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend staying here!

Concord unit

One of the best furnished finders I have stayed in as a travel healthcare worker! It is super nice and modern/updated, was very clean upon arrival, modern bathroom, and always great to have a fully functioning kitchen. Move in/move out process was very seamless and professional. Any minor issues were taken care of immediately. It is a quiet neighborhood close to grocery stores, the gym, etc, and I felt safe in this neighborhood walking around with my dog as a solo female traveler.

Really enjoyed this well done gorgeous studio. It's very clean and feels modern and updated not old and gross. Ben was super communicative and easy to deal with throughout the process. I really enjoyed this place and definitely recommend!

Staying here was the best decision!

Traveling across country alone, I needed a space that was cozy and safe. This property became my home, as I stayed for much longer than I originally planned. B made sure that it was fully stocked with any essentials Id ever need. Some things I loved included a full kitchen with cookware/Tupperware , blackout curtains (helpful for us nigh shifters), a gorgeous shower, a backyard with an orange tree & the beautiful decor. In addition, the neighborhood was quiet and I felt very safe with the locked gate. Besides the property itself, B is simply awesome! He was very thorough with the entire process. Hes very easy to work with, professional, a kind and genuine person, and was there anytime I needed him. This in law suite was hard to leave, but I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. If your considering renting this property, or from B in general, its a great decision.
