Renter Beware!!!!!
My husband and I relocated from NY and needed a place for the 2 of us and our 3 dogs to stay. We rented this place site unseen. When we got to the rental it was absolutely filthy! The "rug" in the living room was covering a large amount of dust and dirt. We cleaned the entire place to make it somewhat livable. The house smells musty and moldy and our clothes and all of the blankets smelled like the house. I spent 200$ on damp rid and had to change out the bags very frequently as they would fill with water. The place felt so damp. The flooring is coming up and the filter in the HVAC looked like it hadn't been changed in a LONG time! It was gross! Brown and moist. The landlord did send a couple of air filters when asked and a small outdoor light to put on the house for us. I am so glad to be out of that rental and just wanted to warm anyone that is thinking of sating here. DON'T!
