The amazing place and landlords!

Betsy and Sam were our salvation when we found their apartment! The staying was wonderful, we became very close and saying goodbye was like a dramatic movie. We miss them so much!

The BEST FF!

As a travel nurse, Ive been using FF for quite some time now and this is hands down the BEST property Ive stayed at so far. The apartment itself is very comfortable and has everything you could possibly need and more. The furnishings, cookware, linens, etc. are all high quality. The outdoor patio is SO spacious and the property itself is very secure with multiple doors leading to where you enter. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located (Trader Joes, Target, etc. are very close by!). Another big perk is the in-unit washer/dryer and driveway parking spot, which can be hard to find in this area! Also, the owner is so sweet and truly wants to make sure you have everything you need! Would 10/10 recommend staying here and I am sad to leave this spot!

Actual Peaceful Retreat

We have really enjoyed staying at the Carling and decided to review it while we are staying here so everyone else can feel confident booking this location. It is in a great location in a quiet neighborhood. It also is close to stores, close to SDSU and not far to commute to Radys Childrens hospital. The commute to UCSD isnt bad either. We have utilized the kitchen to make many meals so far. The shower is great and bed is comfortable. The couch folds down to make a bed and has outlets to charge your electronics. The deck is really nice and there are a lot of hummingbirds that fly around. Its like a little back yard oasis. Parking is great and there is legit plenty of street parking around the neighborhood close to the apartment. Its safe and secure, which was important to us in booking a property and the owners are very nice and easy to work with. Highly Recommend.

Cozy Stay at Carling Cottage

We absolutely loved our stay at Carling Cottage! We moved in here temporarily when our existing apartment was flooded. Carling Cottage had everything we needed and more! Our host, B, was an absolute joy throughout our entire stay and was very attentive to our needs. The apartment provides so much privacy and with a seperate entrance, and 2 locking doors to get in, made me feel very safe!! The outdoor patio area is absolutely gorgeous. A beautiful view among the trees and a refreshing breeze any time of day! The apartment was immaculate upon our arrival, the bed was super comfy, and it was stocked with all the amenties we could possibly need for our stay! Huge bonus is the private washer and dryer right outside in the shed which made it so convenient to do laundry. We loved staying here and my husband and I were actually sad to go home! If we ever needed another place to stay, we wouldn't go anywhere else except Carling Cottage. Thank you, B!!
