Great stay!

Stayed here during my clinical rotation at the Bedford VA and it was great and very convenient. Deb and Bill were always so kind and helpful and the place felt cozy and homey. Very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, I will definitely miss my time here!

Cozy, Convenient, and Cost affordable !

I had the good fortune to stay here for my assignment at Winchester Hospital. The commute was very smooth (against traffic), less than mile to the highway. Parking was very convenient as I'm oncall and needed effortless access. Deb and Bill were beyond considerate and responsive as a landlord. They are kind and generous and made my stay very easy. The apartment is clean and cozy and has all the amenities needed for independent living, def extra perks with provided cleaning supplies, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags etc. I highly recommend staying here in Billerica if it's available and only wished It had been available for my Fall extension (previously rented before I found the listing). Comfortable and convenient!

I absolutely loved it here! The place is very spacious and warm! I stayed during winter months and never did I feel cold. I especially loved the electric fireplace, which I utilized almost every night. I loved that everything was provided for you (paper products, garbage bags, laundry products). All you literally need to bring is your clothes and food. Such a huge convenience for an amazing rent. The landlords are super friendly and accommodating. And they definitely have the rental process down pat, they know what they're doing! I've been to other places that did have all their ducks in a row. The highway is right around the corner, super easy to get to work. Loved it all!

Great apartment

D and B were kind landlords and nice people. They were accommodating, responded quickly, and always checked if I needed anything. The apartment was clean and in good condition. There was nature near by which was wonderful.

I rented this apartment during my assignment at Lahey Burlington, its so close and convenient. D and her husband are wonderful, very easy to communicate with and respectful of your privacy. The apartment is exactly what you see in the pictures, plenty of room and very clean. If I find myself up there for another assignment I hope the apartment is available.
