Lucky Find!

I was so lucky to have found this ADU to live alone. Sara was a wonderful landlady and was very responsive and caring about my stay. She was very communicative and did a great job providing everything I needed when I stayed. The neighbors in the front house are also wonderful people who are very respectful also!

This property was such a great find. It was spotless and fully stocked. The neighborhood was quiet with plenty of parking. A neighbor was even kind enough to remind me to move my car on street sweeping day. S was amazing and went out of her way to help. I enjoyed this property so much and would definitely stay again.

I was lucky to find an amazing home in LA. Very clean, modern kitchen and bathroom. I advise you set your alarm before you go to sleep, because that bed is so comfortable that you would not want to get up. This place is truly relaxing inside and outside. There is always a place to park. S is an outstanding host, she checks on you and when you call her or text for anything, she answers right away. I recommend this place for anyone, especially traveling nurses, this is calm, safe place for you

EXCELLENT STAY

I could not have asked for a better home away from home atmosphere. It was very well stocked with all the amenities I could possibly need. The bed was amazingly comfortable with lush hotel linen. The bathroom and kitchen was very clean and modern. Just a really lovely and comfortable space. The studio has a very cozy patio that has a covered gazebo. I loved spending my mornings sitting outside with a cup of coffee. S, the owner, was amazing and very kind. She was very helpful and very responsive. I absolutely loved staying there. I highly recommend and would stay here again!
