Great Little House, Location, and Landlord!

Can't say enough about this wonderul little cottage. MK, the landlord, is super, the house has everything you could possibly need, and it is clean, updated, convenient to everything, and in a quiet and safe neighborhood. I loved walking in the area for recreation and going out to the nearby restaurants and shops. My two little pups loved the fenced-in backyard, and I liked to sit out there on balmy evenings and relax. After 10 months there, as my house was being renovated, I was actually sad to leave - it is that wonderful! Thanks MK for making this house available to me and accommodating my schedule!

Amazing little home!

Cute little house in a wonderful location where you can walk to everything you need. Restaurants, bars, dry cleaner, pharmacy, banks are all so close. MK is a great host and has the house dialed in. The neighborhood is quiet, street parking is ample (I have a full size pickup) and the house is cozy. Dishwasher, laundry and everything else you could possibly need you will find in MK's home. I'd stay again if I ever had the need. Thanks MK for being so responsive and helpful. You made my job transition to Richmond much easier because of your hospitality. Five stars all around.

Amazing FF Find!

I found this gem of a property after searching for months. Coming from Texas to Richmond I wanted a property with a yard and close to shops/restaurants. You cannot beat this location- it took me 7 minutes to get to the hospital and that was if I hit all of the red lights!! A huge plus was how homey and cute the house felt once I walked in. The owner was super responsive and you can tell that she really cares about her property and renters. I highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect furnished home in RVA!
