Quiet, Private Studio Apartment on Gated Country Property

This was THE perfect place to call home while I was in Modesto. It is the perfect set up where you have the privacy and security! It was also nice to know that Terri and Michael were just a call/text away. The studio was well equipped for all that you would need during your stay. The property is gorgeous and well loved and cared for. I loved having the animals around and i wish I could gave took them with me! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Truly thankful to have found and rented from such wonderful people.

Perfect Home Away From Home

This was an amazing place to stay while working in the Modesto. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and the owners go the extra mile to make sure you have everything you need. I felt very safe and the gated driveway provides additional security for your vehicle. Watching the sunsets out the back windows while cooking dinner in the full kitchen was always an enjoyable way to end the day. I would definitely look to stay here again if ever back in the Modesto area.

Perfect for Travel Nurse

This is the perfect retreat for a travel nurse. It is in a peaceful setting, but still close to hospitals, shopping, and restaurants. The owners are super nice and have gone above and beyond to make sure they have provided anything you could possibly need. I appreciated the fact that the property is gated and parking was directly in front of the door. The bed is very comfortable. You cannot pick a better place to stay if you are in Modesto.
