Safe, Cosy, and Centrally Located with A Fantastic Landlord

T is very responsive and accommodating, I was a last minute bookings and she put in the extra effort to make sure everything was move-in ready, 10/10 would recommend! It says street parking but there is a kind of 'designated' spot just in front of the gate you access, not once did I have to think or worry about having to find a spot on my way home from shift. The area is nice, walkable, and felt very safe. I frequently walked the 1.25 miles to the Lake Chabot, always felt comfortable. Close to grocery stores and freeways. The cottage itself, is very cute and cosy, always enough hot water, and he AC/Heater mini split worked fantastic. True to pictures, lots of storage, and doesn't feel cramped. The kitchen worked well with all of the pots/pans/essentials you need, the fridge may look smaller in the photos but is mighty in practice! The washer fulfilled my needs. Overall this was a great experience for me, I would stay again, and I would recommend to a friend. 10/10

This stand-alone studio was clean, quiet, private and in a very safe neighborhood. Contains everything youd need to be comfortable. Easy access to stores, the BART, and restaurants. You can walk to a small section of Lake Chabot Regional Park. Taraneh is a caring, responsive landlord. I would stay here again.

The rental was as described and the landlord was responsive and professional throughout my stay. Super nice family. I appreciate the overall experience. If you work at Eden Medical Center its in walking distance less than 15min. The studio is on top on the hill with a beautiful view. Completely furnished with all your everyday needs. Would definitely recommend to other travel nurses.

Travel RN - Eden Medical Center

I had a great stay at J and T's place. The studio sits on top of a hill, offering an amazing view of the neighborhood. It comes equipped with everything to functions as its own unit, from an electric stove to a bathroom, perfect for those who aren't looking for housemates. On foot, it is 15 minutes to Eden Medical Center, half an hour to BART, half an hour to Safeway, and if you're into hiking or nature, Lake Chabot is also very close. The neighborhood is very quiet, not a lot of foot or car traffic. For those looking for a stay with peace of mind, I highly recommend this place.

One of the best Stay I had

The Property was awesome specially the owner Taraneh and Jahmadi, great family, the property was clean, a lot of accessible stores and food. Very private. I would recommend the place a hundred times over.

Great accommodations from a travel nurse

I recently had the pleasure of residing at this studio for a few months while working at Stanford. Although I was working on the other side of the bay, public transportation is widely available and easy to navigate. The unit exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped in I knew it would be an amazing stay. The unit came with everything needed; linen, towels, pots/pans, washer, stove, cooking utensils. All you need to do is literally bring your clothes and personal items. That's it. Also the area is very safe. I would go out and come in late without ever feeling weary or unsafe. The neighborhood is very quiet yet friendly. You will often see many people exercising in the evenings. My favorite part of the unit is the VIEW. Nestled atop the hill, you can see the trees and homes below. Plenty of natural lighting yet there are black out curtains if the natural lightning isn't for you. I honestly wish I could have stayed longer. This unit really is a gem.

Best Stay for Safety and Comfort

Being a Travel Nurse, I look for safety and a comfortable space. I found just that in this lovely unit. Just 3 minutes from the hospital, this was a space I could call home during my assignment. The furnished unit provided everything that was needed to make me feel comfortable. The large window and its picturesque view was one of my favorites. From the time I entered the gate and to the front door of the unit, the area was lit up by motion sensor lights. I recommend choosing this unit for your next stay.
