Serenity in circle city.

Location: Close to food and shopping. Long walking trails across the street, huge green space. Easy to get to highways. Most hospitals with in 15 min. Owners: Wonderful couple. Respectful of rental space. Feels more like a community than a rental. Unit: I normally avoid basement units, with the owners living upstairs. I am glad I didn't skip on this one. Huge windows, private entry, efficient layout. No noise issues... I had to go outside to hear fireworks on the fourth. No mail or packages went missing. parking always available right out front. Yard area nice and free of snow. If you're looking for peace in a new city, this is for you. I would stay here again, if returning to Indy.

I was fortunate enough to find this amazing property where I stayed 1 year! I cannot say enough good things about not only the property, but the landlords as well. Andrew and Tori were always available, helpful, and welcoming. The apartment is right off the Monon trail, where you can go from Mass Ave to Carmel and beyond. It was such a great place to stay and if I come back to Indy, I would 100% stay here.

You really won't find a better landlord. The space is clean, modern, and cozy. The bed is extremely comfortable and the space has everything you could need. Very close to the hospital, I took many nice walks around the area. You'll feel safe, and supported by very kind landlords. There's ample parking, and good food nearby.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a little over 4 months and truly could not have had a better experience. A and his wife were more than accommodating and always went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The unit is new and everything is clean and in great condition. It is close to downtown and is not far from anywhere in Indianapolis you would want to go. I could not recommend this place enough. We really enjoyed our stay here!
