A lovely combination of town and country!

We journeyed from the UK to stay in this wonderful property for 3 months to be close to our son at UNH and travel around the local area. In terms of the location, there are magnificent mountain hikes, lakes, beaches and coastal walks close by which make for great day trips. Boston is within easy reach via the nearby train station or a short drive away. Surrounded by woodland at the end of a short drive, the apartment is in a secluded and private location, close to local restaurants and bars if you want to eat out, but with a kitchen which is well-stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal at home. On two occasions we were welcomed by the remarkable sight of deer in the garden! I was able to do my morning yoga sessions in front of the lounge windows looking out onto a wooded area. We really enjoyed the eclectic artwork on the walls and the extremely comfortable mattress which ensured a good night's sleep. The wi-fi was excellent and we were able to continue working remotely and hosting zoom meetings across Europe. Jess & Doug are wonderful hosts who made us feel very welcome. They were always on hand to give great recommendations and advice but also allowed their guests plenty of space and privacy. It felt like a home from home and we were sad to head back to the UK. A 5 start stay - we loved it!
