Lucky charm review

I really don't have enough good things to say about this rental. Dennis was beyond wonderful to me and he really understands that the little things make a big impact. I started with everything I could possibly need to get me through my 3 months stay. Very cozy and comfortable living area, huge bedroom with king size bed. There is a two in one washer/dryer unit in the closet with plenty of space. Super close to all of the local hospitals. I really enjoyed the local restaurants within walking distance of the rental as well. You will not regret your stay here!! Highly recommend!

Great location, nice neighborhood. The landlord is great. Never had a problem at this location. Would definitely rent this place again.

Pick Me!

I honestly don't know where to start. I can't imagine getting more lucky finding a home away from home! The property owner, D, is one of the kindest men who helped me any time there was a concern, and worked with me on finding the perfect roommate two times to share common spaces: the kitchen and laundry. Lexington itself is a gorgeous area, and this home is positioned absolutely perfectly. Everything is nearby and there are several things you can walk to including my favorite grocery store, bagel place, and chocolate store. Bed was comfy (a Tempur-pedic) and the rest of the furniture is as pictured and high quality. He even built a kitchenette into one of the closets to offer another microwave and mini fridge with shelving during my stay. Outdoor area is lovely with gazebo and neighbor's cat is extremely friendly. Personally, I loved it there, and am missing this home. Great neighborhood for walks and it's quiet at night (train tracks nearby, but I got used to it), pet friendly. I don't have enough good things to say! This is a gem!!
