A lovely 1 month stay!

I stayed here for a month and had a really good experience. The owners were kind, responsive, and accommodating. The place was very clean and well kept, and it had everything I needed for my stay. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, with plenty of good places to eat and shop nearby. Id definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay!

This was such a comfortable and cozy little cabin, my dog and I had a great experience staying here for a month. The place was clean, functional, and conveniently located. The sleeping loft was sooo comfortable! It is a small space, but doesn't feel cramped or crowded. The furniture and kitchen area/appliances were set up in a way that was practical and left plenty of room. The location was quiet and safe. Right across the street from a church and two blocks from a high school and also within walking distance from a number of other cafes, restaurants, etc. Bus stop is 5 minutes walk. Street parking is free, easy to find, and either directly in front of the house or close by and is mostly secure (not 100% just given that it is on-street, but other cars are parked on the street overnight so this seems to be the norm for this neighborhood). Anwen and Lynn were incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful with any questions or issues I might have had. I would totally recommend staying here!

Comfortable and cozy!

This cabin was extremely comfortable and cozy when I stayed. It had everything I needed (clean towels, fridge, coffee maker, tv, working wifi, great AC unit, etc) and the loft bed was unbelievably comfortable! The location is one of the best parts; super close to fun bars, great coffee shops, and obviously downtown Ballard! Would highly recommend staying here!

Awesome Cottage!

I absolutely loved this cottage. Perfect size, had great amentities, and just overall very cozy. Close to fun bars, dinner spots and general activites. I will be coming back.10/10 stay and I will be recommending to anyone wanting to visit seattle.

Quaint, Safe and Awesome Hosts!

Anwen and Lynn were wonderful hosts that made my stay very comfortable. They were responsive promptly if I had any questions and made my dog and I feel right at home. Their spot is also in a great location close to cafes and restaurants. 10/10 would recommend!

Cozy Cottage in Trendy Ballard

Im currently staying at the cozy cottage since the beginning of September and only have good things to say! First owner is so accommodating, helpful, and responsive. Secondly, the space is perfect and functional. I always know coming home from a long shift at the hospital good sleep awaits in the comfort of this home. Finally, I cant say enough about the location! You can walk to so many places or drive within minutes to others. 5min drive to Ballard Locks to watch the seals, Ive been door to door with parking to downtown pike place area in 20min. Parking is never an issue when you come home either in this neighborhood. Absolute gem and will miss it when my contract is over!

Cozy Cottage

Loved this little cottage! Small but cozy, and a great location. Basic, but has everything you need and owner is very responsive / quick to accommodate. The loft bed is PERFECT for nurses who love their sleep! Its dark up there and the mattress is one of the most comfortable Ive ever slept on. Between closet and large dresser, plenty of room for scrubs and extras. Sofa isnt quite full size but easy to lie on with big fluffy pillows, also very comfortable. The place is very well appointed for being a smaller space. Lovely walk to Golden Gardens (about an hr) w/ awesome sunset views. 10 min drive if you just want some beach time. Green Lake is 10 min in the other direction, one of the best summer hangouts in the city. Laundromat is a couple blocks away. This is a safe and central neighborhood in one of the best areas of Seattle. Highly recommend this rental!
