Wonderful experience
I rented this place for my travel nurse assignment in Albuquerque. It was very clean and quiet. I absolutely loved the private yard. Sandy was very responsive with anything that I needed. I highly recommend!!!!

frustrating experience
Property itself was great, it was nice to have a little private yard. S was an accommodating landlord until the end of our lease. We were told everything was fine during our final walkthrough. She later tried to charge me $200 for "missing linens", which to this day I still haven't been told what linens exactly were missing. Towels should be changed between tenants in my opinion, but I don't think $200 was a fair charge, and I still have yet to have received the rest of my deposit because of this. I had to send a letter to demand my pet deposit back and didn't get it for well over a month past move out, and I don't think she would have sent it to me otherwise. We were moving cross country while having to deal with this mess and that extra money would have been super helpful to put towards our next place. Hopefully she's more transparent and honest with the next tenants.
