3 month stay for travel contract
I couldn't have asked for a better landlord and housing for my 3 month traveling contract as an OT! The guest house was perfect- very clean, up-to-date/working appliances, and plenty of space for one person. The neighborhood is very safe and there are plenty of fun places to explore in the surrounding area. Paula makes you feel right at home and was a great communicator. I would definitely stay here again if I had the opportunity!

Great place!
Great place! P and B are the best. Very attentive if I needed anything but nothing was wrong with the place. Everything is up to date and well maintained. Great neighborhood, quiet, safe, close to a lot of restaurants, malls, etc. Worked north of the property in ventura county and commute was easy, little to no traffic. Having the cleaning lady was awesome. Overall 5/5!

Lovely stay
P is an excellent host! The guest house was very cozy, clean, and inviting! It's the perfect size for one person, and the new appliances worked very well and were super convenient to have. I fell safe and secure and whenever I needed help or when I had questions about the area, P was quick to help. I would 100% stay here again!

The perfect little spot
This little space was perfect. I loved staying here. Ms.P was the sweetest and always easy to reach if I needed anything. The street is really quiet and I always felt safe when getting in late. The washer and dryer in the apartment was a big plus as well as the full kitchen. There are lots of stores nearby to grab groceries or go walking around. There is also a nespresso machine that they provided for the space which was definitely a treat.
