Great apartment and landlord

I found myself in a situation where I needed a rental in this area rather quickly, so this is the one I chose. The pictures looked very nice. The apartment was a little older than I expected from the pictures, but overall the apartment was great. It was huge, it was clean, and it was well stocked with things like linens and kitchen supplies. The landlord was also great. It is clear that rentals are his business and he cared a lot about making it a good experience. I do want to mention that the next door neighbors were horrendous and made my stay very challenging. They were unbelievably noisy at all hours of the day and night. The landlord did what he could to get them to stop, including sending them an official demand letter, so I'm optimistic that it will improve.
