Light and Airy
This adorable light and airy one bedroom apartment is perfect for a Traveler. It's close to the hospitals not too far from downtown. It has its own private entrance laundry facilities. Carol was wonderful and the crown jewel is Milo your little four legged friend.

Great apartment
I stayed at this apartment for 6 months with my dog. It has a great yard for my pet that was clean and fenced in. My dog got along well with the owners pet. The owners live upstairs, so they are close if you need anything, but never a bother. I loved the apartment coziness and its charm, was very comfortable and clean. This property is close to good restaurants, shopping and convenient to locations for walking and parks. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay- perfect home!
This is such an amazing property with an even greater caretaker. Carol is the best. Anytime I had any questions or requests, she was an immediate help. There is also a wonderful garden that she shares all the produce from! I truly have no complaints about our stay in this unit. Because the unit is garden level its actually very quiet and you rarely get any noise pollution from the street. Carol and Scott just installed a new washer and dryer as well which is right next to the space and your storage unit. I cannot recommend staying here enough. It is also decorated so well- I didnt feel like I needed to change a single thing. It just felt like home. Its pet friendly, and youll be greeted by the sweetest pup- Milo, in the backyard when you come home :) Thanks so much Carol and Scott!!

Beautiful unit, well furnished, landlord very responsive
Beautiful unit. Everything is new, bright and lovely. Very quiet and great backyard. It is furnished very well - it had everything I needed and more. It was so easy to move in and call it home. I will definitely rent here again next time I have a contract back in Minneapolis. The location is great and it was great having the landlord living at the same location!!
