Extended Stay for travel contract

Beautiful, excellent, comfortable, quiet, welcoming, just a few words to describe Suzi and Dave's guest apartment. I stayed with them for 10 months while working a contract. Having such a beautiful well maintained place to come home to enhanced the whole experience visiting the Tri-Cities area. The bed was comfortable, the master bathroom is amazing with the jetted bathtub and separate pristine shower. The electric fireplace in the main room was a favorite of mine. The yard area is well maintained. The neighborhood is safe (especially important for a solo traveler).

Slice of paradise!

Our stay could not have gone better! The house and property were perfect for our family of five. The owners are ultra friendly, responsive and helpful and went above and beyond what you expect from a rental landlord to make us feel comfortable. The pool, projector tv room, propane firepit with patio furniture, trampoline, grand piano, playhouse, and sandpit were some of the things we used the most during our stay. The house is where the owners raised their kids and remains the perfect place for family gatherings. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend to any of our family and friends if they needed a place to stay in the tri-cities.

Great place to stay!

We had a great time at Suzi's place. Our kids loved the colorful bunk beds, toys, trampoline, pool, and backyard play area. The kitchen had plenty of essentials to cook with. The master bathroom was great! We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. Mari and Dave were very accommodating and friendly.

Outstanding Property

To say this guesthouse is charming would be an understatement. It is gracious with high ceilings and lots of natural light in the modern kitchen and living area. Beds and linens are comfortable. Lux glass shower and jacuzzi like tub. The area is serene, quiet and is a safe neighborhood, The property has security with lots of room for parking. We were able to park our 31 foot motor coach easily for our five week layover (which is a huge bonus). The guesthouse is easy access to many areas in Tricities, especally Kadlec Hospital in Richland. The decor is tasteful and comfortable. It just feels good and homey. The owners S and D are wonderful accommodating people with lots of respect for privacy. I cannot recommend this property highly enough, especially for one or two adults. Of note however are the four adorable bunk beds for kids decked out with super hero posters!
