We rent the main house as described while we are traveling. We have a separate private unit at the back of the house that is locked off from the main house and not for guest use. We occasionally occupy the unit when dates coincide with our travels. If this is the case, tenants will be fully informed but honestly it works extremely well with no sharing of housing and totally private living spaces.
