Amazing stay !

Scott and Joe were amazing host. The place was comfortably decorated and had everything with needed. We were traveling with two kids and we felt very safe and at home, we could have easily stayed several months longer with pleasure. We loved the location and found that it was easy to get everywhere of interest. Scott was accommodating and courteous in every way, our kids also loved him.

Incredible experience!

Originally I was looking for a temporary living situation to try out Austin. I signed a three month lease with Scott and almost immediately decided to extend for a full year. Scott and Joe were the best landlords I could ask for. Early on during my stay I had a severe back injury and they were extremely helpful and accommodating. The space is perfect for one person and the neighborhood is charming and quiet. If I wasn't leaving to start my own business I may have stayed forever. 10/10.

Best place to stay in Austin

My partner and I stayed in this lovely and comforting home for a month as we transitioned our move to Austin! Scott and Joe were very hospitable, accommodating, and friendly throughout our whole stay. We used the second room as storage as we searched for our place here. They also allowed us to take in our cat, so the place is pet-friendly. Overall, a great stay and wish we could have stayed longer. Definitely recommend anyone to choose this home for their next stay

Absolutely Loved Our Stay!

My wife, child, and dogs stayed at Scott and Joes beautiful property for almost two months, and it truly felt like home. Scott, Joe, and their adorable pup, Stella, were the most welcoming hosts weve ever had. From the start, Scott went above and beyond, FaceTiming us before our booking to show us the property and answer all our questions. The home itself was perfectmodern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious open floor plan with TVs in every room, all set up with streaming services. The large green yard was a highlight, giving our daughter and dogs the freedom to play safely outdoors. We loved using the grill for outdoor meals and enjoying the cozy seating area, though sadly, the pool was too cold to use in February and March. During our stay, we did encounter a plumbing issue, but Scott took care of it right awaysuch a testament to their care and dedication as hosts. They genuinely went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. If we werent moving on to our next adventure, wed have gladly stayed longer. We 100% recommend this wonderful property and its incredible hosts!

Fantastic Stay in a Comfortable, Well-Located Home with Exceptional Hosts

We stayed in this fantastic furnished home for about three months, and it exceeded all our expectations. The house was exceptionally clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. The private parking spot was a huge plus, and the location near the beautiful Mueller area made grocery shopping and accessing amenities easy. Its well connected to major highways, making traveling to work a breeze. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, with a lovely pool in the backyard that is perfect for relaxing. The landlords were outstandingresponsive, attentive, and always on top of things. Their care for the property is evident, and they continually make improvements. We couldnt have asked for a better place to stay and highly recommend this home to anyone in need of a great and welcoming temporary residence.

extended stay with yard

My partner and I stayed in this amazing home for an extended period. It is a safe and quiet neighborhood near major highways. Keyless entry. There is a side yard with turf that gets sunshine. The owners are super friendly and awesome, and recently got a smaedium dog who is amazing. We used the second room as a study. My partner worked from home and had no complaints. The concrete floor is nice. Fully stocked kitchen with anything you would need. Only negative is we needed some additional clothing storage. The washer and dryer is shared with a lovely lady who stays in the suite attached. She was very easy to work with on when she needed to use them. Super sad to leave. Hidden gem.
