Home Away From Home

I stayed here for approximately one month when I did a general surgery rotation at Kona Community Hospital. Kate and Will are absolute sweethearts and made the cottage feel like home. They were always super helpful, responsive, and accommodating. The cottage itself is super quiet, which made studying very easy, and was in an extremely convenient location, being less than 5 minutes from clinic, 10 minutes from the hospital, and 15 minutes from town. I also absolutely loved the view from the screened lanai and being greeted by their doggos whenever I got home. I would love to stay here again if I ever do another rotation in Kona, and I highly recommend you do so too!

Amazing location and amazing views

We stayed here for a few months and it was fantastic. It has a short commute to the hospital, while still being close enough to Kona to pop into town after work. Kate and Will are wonderful hosts. They're quick to respond to messages and are very warm and welcoming. They stay above the studio, but we rarely heard them. It is a very private feeling apartment. Having a full-size stove and oven was a welcome inclusion and made cooking full meals at home much easier. The ocean views from the screened lanai are absolutely incredible and we had a great time staying here.

Peacefull and Perfect

This property is the perfect example of living the Hawaii life. The location is exceptional for traveling professionals working at Kona Community Hospital. There are beautiful beaches very near by to enjoy and the studio includes an amazing screened in lanai that offers ocean views and beautiful sunsets nightly. If waking up in the morning to the beautiful ocean view, and spending time relaxing in the evening to the most amazing sunsets you will ever encounter, this studio is perfect. Will and Kate are also the most gracious and accommodating people that we have ever encountered truly sharing the Aloha of Hawaii with their guests.

Excellent!

My husband and I stayed here for 2 months and we didnt want to leave! We both worked night shift at KCH and it was always quiet during the day while we slept. We loved hanging out on the screened in patio and relaxing. Its such a peaceful place and a perfect distance from town and the hospital. K and W are excellent landlords. They were always very responsive to anything we needed and are very sweet people. Highly recommend staying here!

Best Studio in Kona

This studio exceeded all expectations of feeling at home and comfortable while living in Kona. Stayed here for three months with a friend and the studio was plenty of space for the both of us for three months. Amazing landlords. Gorgeous yard & view. Great walking road. Quiet & friendly neighborhood. Cute doggos around to greet you hello. All that you need & more courtesy to the home owners. If you dont stay here youre only doing me a favor by making it easier to come back!
