Evergreen Furnished 2 BR 1 BA, deck, views

Wonderful Place!

We stayed here for five months over the summer, and it was absolutely fantastic. The views from the deck are spectacular, and our dogs loved the backyard, which was frequently visited by elk and deer. We especially enjoyed the wood-burning fireplace—it truly felt like a cozy mountain home. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The location is excellent, with easy access to plenty of hiking and only about 30 minutes from Denver. There’s so much to do in the Evergreen and Idaho Springs area. Dave was very responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything- he is great. The internet was reliable enough for two people working from home. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again if we’re ever back in the area.

Amazing location and amenities

Loved this place.......close enough to the city to have access to all the perks of city life but far enough outside to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the mountains. Favorite feature of the house was the huge, wood burning fireplace to enjoy a cup of cocoa and read a book. Dave was an amazing host, very attentive to any requests/needs. Would definitely book in the future!

Awesome Stay!

This was a great stay during my time in Evergreen. D is a great host. Answered back over text quickly for any questions I had. Had great recommendations for hikes, food, and even a gym to go to. There was a ton of wood to use for the fireplace which we used a lot. The deck was great to take in some sun and enjoy the great views. The place was very clean. Solid internet. The Sonos speakers we awesome to use. The couch was super comfortable. All in all this place was cozy and I would love to stay here again.
