Top-Tier Basement Apartment Near CSU: Perfect for Students & Professionals!
As a young professional and grad student, I loved living in this house for the past 2.5 years. Renting this clean, comfortable, and tastefully furnished basement apartment near CSU was one of the best decisions I made after moving to Fort Collins. Being on the bus route and close to campus, grocery stores, Old Town, and other essentials made life so easy and helped me feel connected to the community. The home environment and interactions with the host were always warm, caring, and lovely. This is an ideal spot for anyone looking for a quiet, friendly neighborhood with convenient access to campus and local areas. Having a kind, respectful landlord who also responded quickly to any needs that arose made the experience even better. Any student or professional would be so fortunate to live here!
Great Basement, Lovely Host
I stayed here for 6 months while on contract at UCHealth Medical Center of the Rockies. The basement is very well-equipped, comfortably furnished, and spacious, with plenty of storage. Carol Ann is an extremely gracious and accommodating hostess, and the neighborhood is quiet and lovely. The large egressed window wells provide nice diffuse light at certain times of the day. Apartment descriptions and photos in the ad are spot on. Note: If youre considering this apartment for an MCR contract, it generally took me about 23-30 minutes to get to work with zero or moderate traffic, so keep that in mind if youre planning on taking call. With heavier traffic, sometimes I couldnt make it to work within the 30-minute window.
