Very nice, amazing property owners

Super sweet people to rent from. I basically had one end of the home to myself. I would share the bathroom when their adult children or friends stayed over.. Otherwise, it was private and quiet. Awesome salt water jacuzzi. Unfortunately, I was too busy to use it more than 4 times. K and M were in Arizona when I left on Sat, Mar 30th. I took pictures of my clean-up, but 3 days later, Madison WI was hit with a large snowstorm. The electricity went out, and no one was there to salvation food and beverages from both refrigerators and freezer. I was blamed for the mess. I didn't receive my deposit back. But they did forward my mattress cover to my forwarding address. I had no room in my little car for it. I also left hangers and storage drawers in the closet for the next renters. Again, this couple and their family are absolutely one of the best I've rented from during my 6 years of traveling healthcare. I worked at the UW Madison Hospital. The commute was around 25 minutes.

Wonderful Stay

The house is newly built, beautiful, and clean. Located in a quiet and spacious area about 20 minutes from downtown. Right down the street, there are trails full of greenery and wildflowers (I stayed during the summertime). I went on a few morning and evening walks and it was lovely. Mike and Kari are great hosts and checked in with me every now and then to make sure I was having a comfortable stay. They are really nice and considerate. I had access to a full-sized fridge in the garage. There was a barn door separating the room and bathroom I used from the rest of the house, offering some additional privacy if desired. Bed was nice and comfortable. I had a wonderful one month stay at this property.
