Ideal Travel Housing

I lived here for 3 weeks while I was doing a rotation at Yale hospital. The commute was very convenient! The apartment was clean, quiet and had everything I needed such as kitchen appliances and full bedding and sheets. I was extremely comfortable with my stay and Donald was readily available with any questions I had. Highly recommend!

Excellent Housing

I absolutely must say I enjoyed my stay here since March for 8 months of my Yale assignment. The apartment is so conveniently located to the hospital a short walk around the corner along with the train station 5 minutes away to venture off and explore other cities. The landlord Donald is exceptional, he checks in to make sure and ask if we need anything, he is very polite and a pleasure to deal with. I truly felt so much comfort with this apartment. It is so nicely decorated.very peaceful and The living room also had a TV for movie nights.washer and dryer and a complete kitchen with everything you can think of to use..including the keurig machine for coffee. The whole place is very well maintained.I really enjoyed my 8 month stay and if I take another contract for Yale. I will definitely not hesitate to come and stay here again.

Ideal Housing For Yale Travelers!

I've been a traveler (on-off) for four years now, and I must say, this was one of my best housing situations to date. Donald, the landlord-is a consummate professional! He genuinely cares about your comfort/experience and was very accommodating. The house is three stories-mostly occupied by healthcare professionals/students/professors all attending Yale-which is the BIG seller here. VERY CONVENIENT 5-7min walk at best.I intentionally didn't rent a car for this assignment, and this worked out beautifully! Amtrak/Metro is about a five min drive from house for those who wish to venture out to NY or Boston on their days off. My room came with a flatscreen and Roku set up, access to a full kitchen and a washer/dryer on the floor (HUGE PLUS). I highly recommend and would definitely return-should I take on another assignment.
