Great Stay quiet and relaxing
While only in New Haven for 10 weeks felt like home. Awesome landlord Annette she great and very accommodating. Everything I needed is within 5 min walk. Off street parking is a bonus. Great neighbors.

Felt like Home
I came as a traveller and was my first time to look for a house to rent. I didn't know anyone until I met Annette and her house on this app. She is an excellent landlord, I loved her so much like she was my mom and the house will always have a special place in my heart. I will always recommend this place for anybody unfamiliar to New Haven and wanted a place like home.

Excellent
I stayed at Annette's place for 2 months, and it was wonderful. The apartment is close to Downtown where you can explore different restaurants. The house is easy to locate, and the room was comfortable. For the landlady, Annette, she's one of the most supportive people I've ever met. She was responsive, and made my entire stay memorable.
