Travel Healthcare Dream

I spent 2 assignments here (26 weeks). I worked at OU. THIS HOME IS PERFECT! It is new, has plenty of space, and is 4 minutes from Employee parking at OU! The only maintenance issue was an adjustment to the deadbolt, and Teaona responded immediately. She was also quick to respond to messages, sent a renewal as soon as I asked,This home was quiet, has a blackout curtain for daytime sleeping in the second bedroom, and has all that I needed for my long stay. If I go back to OKC, I will not look elsewhere. Thank you, Teaona for making me feel at home during my stay!

Loved Our Stay

This is a very new duplex and we truly enjoyed living here. The private driveway was amazing. We really did not use the garage, as it is narrow. The appliances are new and worked great. We enjoyed the televisions. Dishes, pots, and pans were adequate. There were ample towels. The Keurig was great. The landlord was amazing, and responded Immediately for any issues. We would definitely stay here again if we return to OKC. We were in the house six months, and it was great.

Clean, new, excellent appliances

Brand new build. Other than some flecks of paint on surfaces, it's pristine. Beautiful appliances including a fridge that does both cubed and crushed ice, dishwasher, huge washer and dryer, lovely oven/range, and even things like a brand new Keurig and Crock Pot. Dyson vacuum is a nice plus! Smart TVs are nice though not extraordinary. Adequate driveway. Good water pressure throughout the home. Property manager was always quickly responsive, and things that needed doing always quickly got done. Alarm system is also a nice plus. My one and only real qualm is that I'm guessing the water heater is shared between the units, because sometimes the water stayed hot for 20-30 minutes with no issue, and other times you only have 3-4 minutes of hot water. It only takes a few minutes to get hot again, but this can be irritating if you want a 10-minute shower. Also worth noting that if there's a Wi-Fi issue, the router is in Unit B and not accessible from Unit A. Fuses are also in Unit B.
