Beautiful Mountain Lake View Medium Size Home in a private community of appriximately 50 house with values between $750,00 and $2 Million. Most of the residents are retired and from various places around the county, many of which have two homes. Each lot is at least one acre and because we're (almost) all retired and in a remote location of Flat Rock, it's a very quiet environment.

Great stay!
I stayed with Jake for 7 weeks prior to moving out of the country. Jake is a superior host, and the place is beautiful. There is no shortage of things to do in the area, and all the necessary amenities are nearby. Great visit, would recommend highly.

Amazing Place
A fantastic place to stay. It is nice, quiet, and accommodating. Jake is an absolute great host that opens his home up for a relaxing environment. If you are looking for a place to stay in the surrounding area this is the place that you should choose.

Great place, great host
I stayed with Jake for 3 months when I first moved to North Carolina. He was a welcoming host who made the effort to build a relationship with me and create community with the group of individuals renting from him. Jake's always got lots of great stories to share about his wealth of life experience and his many travels. The home is beautiful with a great location right on the lake, very clean, and highly organized. But the best part of the whole deal is Patches--Jake's adorable small dog.
