I strongly recommend avoiding this property to spare yourself an uncomfortable and unprofessional experience.

When I arrived ,I was repeatedly asked to unpack and repack my belongings so the landlord could take photos and “clean.” Despite daily visits from the landlord, shared areas were not actually cleaned. She frequently entered the property without valid reason. The front room I rented was extremely cold. The thermostat is kept at 63 because it controlled both her residence and the rental. For $1,050 rent you will be sleeping on a futon, with no lock on bedroom door. The bedroom closet shares doors from the hallway so your room can be entered or looked in on by anyone. The stove doesn’t open all the way and most of the numbers are gone. There are no fans or air circulating in the common spaces. There are rules about opening windows, these are not stated in the lease. I was asked for more money for things I didn’t use, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, etc. I explained I bought my own but she continued to request extra money.Three tenants share one toilet with no locking door. Smelly washer.
