Disappointed

Property is in a quiet neighborhood, but strangers trespassed on the property a couple of nights. The landlord cannot be trusted. The landlord originally emailed the rent was $1950, with a $500 deposit. One week before moving in, the landlord told me that the rent was now $2100 and I needed to send her first and last month's rent, with the deposit of $500, totaling $4700. One month before my moving out, the landlord kept texting me several times a day, all hours of the day, including weekends and disrupting my concentration during work hours about showing the property to prospective renters . I took the time to leave the property and items clean, sanitized, and replaced the pillows, which the landlord saw and approved. She texted me that my $500 security deposit was issued from her bank account and that it should reach me in @ 5-7 days in the mail. A week later, she said I would only get $320 because of the cleaning fee of $180. Evidently, the $500 she declared on the way was not sent.
