Great property

The space is great and the owner has a lot of patience.

The owner will steal your money

I do not recommend anyone to rent out this property. The owner will steal your money. I moved out a few days earlier than the end of my lease date because the owner told me she would pay me back for the days I would not be staying at the property, which was great because I had already found a new apartment. Prior to this agreement, I asked the owner if I could do just that and she said no so I originally planned to stay the full month. When I moved in, the room wasnt clean and all her things were in there. I didnt mind it much because I knew I wouldnt be there long and I didnt want to be an inconvenience by asking her to move everything out. When I left, I wiped everything down, swept, and washed the sheets, but she claims that the room was not clean when she inspected it. Shes a liar and is now keeping my $160 for cleaning services for a ROOM that I most certainly cleaned. Theres bugs, no space for anyones things, rat traps all over the house, kitchen is dirty, and much more.

M, Tell the truth, you were refunded all your money. Your dog urinated and defecated throughout the house and the cat's hair was everywhere including the kitchen. You were told prior that there was an elderly tenant who was anxious around dogs but you insisted on moving to get away from your poor mother. Then when you moved in you started drama asking me if I was ok with your pets being out. I tried rectifying the situation and you said it was ok and very next week it wasn't.I can now see why you didn't get along with your mom. The current long-term tenant a doctorate professional will attest to all the cat and dog hair left behind. I had to hire cleaning services to deep clean. I should have trusted my better judgment when you contacted me and just had to move in that day although we had said the first of the month. I told you the room was not ready but you said it was an emergency. I will leave you a review. I have all receipts from the constant emails.
