Sweet Home Knoxville - Pet Friendly - Large Yard - Near Downtown

Just right!

Rented for a couple of months to find property in the general area. Our golden loved the back yard and the two nearby parks where we went for our morning walks. Well equipped home, responsive owner, and conveniently located. We also felt quite secure as the local police parked at the church's parking lot across the street between calls. Convenient to grocery stores, a decent Mexican food restaurant, a solid Chinese food restaurant, and get this...a large very cool resale shop! We even found a wonderful church to visit about ten minutes away (Riverstone...check it out!). Super convenient to downtown, the stadium, hospital, and about an hour from Gatlinburg.

Home Away From Home

If you're looking for a home away from home that is close to the major hospitals, look no further! This place is absolutely perfect! My husband and I moved in with our dog and had an amazing time. The house is beautiful and Jennie was so accommodating to us. She was extremely prompt with any issues we had and always ensured that we had everything we needed. The neighbors were also very friendly and helpful when we needed them. We would definitely stay here again if we ever find ourselves in the area!!

Beautiful home and a great host

My friend and I are healthcare travelers and we stayed at this property for 3 months with my two dogs. J**, the owner, was incredibly kind, responsive, and made us feel right at home. The home itself is so cozy and all the amenities inside are new. There were only a couple very small, minor inconveniences that arose during our stay, and J** was so quick to get them fixed! I felt very safe staying here and this property was just a short drive to the main hospitals in Knoxville. I was incredibly happy with the circumstances and highly recommend staying here, as the neighbors and the owner, go above and beyond to make sure you are well-taken care of during your stay!
