Peaceful, Light-Filled Studio with a Blooming Garden

Summer in San Francisco

I stayed here for just under 3 months and had a wonderful time! Everything worked well in the studio (and was well designed) and was set up with a short term renter in mind, including hangers, plates, and cookware. Katia was very welcoming and communicated any work being done ahead of time. The side garden is a lovely plus, whether enjoyed outside or just through the window. The neighborhood felt very safe and a quick walk to the local market, some restaurants, Glen Park Canyon, and the BART station.

Oasis in SF

Staying at Katia's for a few months was truly a dream. It was amazing to wake up in the morning and gaze out at her lovely garden. I found the space thoughtfully kept and peaceful after hectic days working at the hospital. Parking was always easy on this street. Katia is a great host and a wonderful neighbor to have. I would recommend this space to anyone staying in San Francisco :)

The apartment is clean, cozy, and full of light from the big windows. The unit is in a great neighborhood with great parking. I definitely recommend living here!

Perfect studio for one person!!

The studio is beautiful and very cozy. There is a big window and it fills up the room with light which I loved. I also loved the private garden and had many breakfasts out there. Safe neighborhood. I had a wonderful stay! Thank you K!!
