Great Place for a Summer

I stayed at Kevin's place for about two months during a summer internship, and it was the perfect apartment for my stay. The building has great access to the beach and to the restaurants that sit right in the heart of South Beach. Gym and pool use are included, and both amenities are clean and easy to use. Kevin's unit itself is extremely clean and well-furnished; it's modern and comes with everything you'd need for a medium-length stay, including cooking utensils and basic beach items. The beds were comfortable, and the small kitchen was perfect for putting together simple meals during the week. The building's valet is also very good and had my car out in only a few minutes for my daily commute. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend!

Perfect Place

I stayed at this property from June 2025 to August 2025. It was really the perfect place in the best location. Kevin was very easy to deal with and always responsive. I had emailed probably 15 properties when I was looking and Kevin was the only responsive person. Everything was seamless. The entire building is very nice and its steps away from the beach.

The perfect place for the Miami beach experience

I stayed for 1/1/24-7/1/24 and I really enjoyed my stay. The place is clean and quiet with a nice view. The building has a great pool and gym. Kevin is friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate and do business with. The amenities area is very pretty with a nice view of the ocean. The beach is accessible right from the back entrance. The location is great. Wifi and AC work great. I would definitely recommend it. I would come back if I needed a place in Miami again.
