Renters beware

The washer and dryer are tiny. You have to put the washing machine drainage hose in the kitchen sink when running the washing machine and if the hose falls, you've got a mess on your hands. The dryer is not properly ventilated. Yolanda knows this is not up to code, because she moved it by a window when a building inspector was coming then moved it back. I had packages stolen multiple times making me feel not safe in the area. Yolanda was inconsiderate of my night shift schedule in that she scheduled things to be done at the property on days when she knew I had worked the night before. The pipes froze causing me to have to leave the apartment for 3 days and miss a shift at work and Yolanda refused to refund any of my rent. I had to file with my renters insurance, which has a $500 deductible. It took almost 2 weeks and multiple text messages to get my deposit back. This has by far been the worst experience I've had on furnished finder.

Travel Nurse stay

I loved my stay in the downstairs apartment. It was less than a 15 minute drive to the hospital, 15 minutes to Planet Fitness and with its central location, just a few minutes walk to everything downtown Allentown has to offer. The neighborhood was safe and it was nice having a designated parking spot behind the apartment. The pictures are accurate, its cozy, warm and has a comfortable bed. I brought a collapsible clothes rack with me because I like lots of closet space and it worked out perfect for me. Yolanda was great and always quick to respond if I ever needed anything. I would recommend staying here.

Great stay

I enjoyed my stay at this property. It was as described/pictured, clean, and the neighborhood was mellow. Yolanda is attentive without hovering over you. I would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay - Highly Recommend!

Fantastic experience from start to finish! The place was exactly as described clean , comfortable and well-equipped with everything I needed for my stay. The space felt like a true home away from home. Yolanda was an exceptional host. She was communicative, friendly, and always available if I need anything. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay!

The property was great. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. The TVs were also very big. The outdoor balcony was lovely during the evenings. The host always answered in a timely manor as well! Overall, good place to stay.
