I booked this rental through Furnished Finder for a 3-month assignment, and it exceeded every expectation. The home had everything I needed for a long-term stay fully equipped kitchen, reliable Wi-Fi, comfortable furnishings, and plenty of room to unwind after shifts. The landlord was incredibly attentive. Any small issue I brought to his attention was handled immediately and with genuine care, which made all the difference during a busy contract. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, yet conveniently close to stores, restaurants, and easy freeway access. After three months, I have zero complaints and would absolutely stay again. If youre a fellow travel nurse or professional looking for a stress-free, well-maintained rental, this is the one. Highly recommend.

I rented out the room with the private bathroom and it was perfect. Time flew by staying there I never had any issues. If Im ever back in LA Ill definitely be giving R a call to check for availability! Both rooms are great honestly. Theres so much space, I had 2 different roommates while staying here and there were no issues. Kitchen, living room, dining room, and patio have so much space. It has everything you need. R was an amazing landlord! He was always super responsive and helpful. Its super safe with a security system and the neighborhood is quiet and comfortable. You wont regret it!
