Our modern 3 bed, 3 bath 1900 sq ft tastefully decorated mountain home is located in a family friendly neighborhood in the 'City Above the Clouds' boasting an average of 300 days of sunshine per year!
Eight months per year, this is where we live! This means that while we have removed our personal effects, our space has all the comforts and depth of a real home away from home.

Space
This is a newer home with comfortable amenities. We personally live in it some of the year so furnishings and beds are quality. We are open to changing some of the bedroom and bed configurations to accommodate students or families with longer leases. Garage access is also pending longer leases. We may accept smaller, well-trained dogs but they are not allowed upstairs. No cats due to extreme allergies.

Great Mountain Getaway
Sarah is an amazing host, very attentive and accommodating. I stayed at the property from May-August with my 2 German Shepherds. The house was very clean, well stocked and in a great location. I took full advantage of Sarahs suggestions on parks, restaurants, local activities, etc., all excellent choices. If you are into outdoor activities, hiking, biking and great fishing are just minutes away in any direction. I would highly recommend renting this home, its very clean, great location and Sarah the host is the best!!
