Quaint stay in beautiful Tucson!

The renting process was smooth start to finish. C, the landlord, is easy to communicate with and facilitated our move-in without a hitch. The property is centrally located and close to a ton of good restaurants. There were minimal problems during our stay, but all small issues were addressed immediately by her and rectified within 1-2 days. The furnishings in the unit are nice, and the outdoor space was amazing for us/our dog - C even had landscapers come and maintain our yard multiple times during our 3 month stay to keep it looking beautiful! Coming to Tucson was my first travel PT contract and I was grateful to have rented this property to make it a simple move to Tucson. Highly recommend!

Clean Modern Duplex

I had an incredible stay at this modern duplex. C, the owner, made this experience truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The modern duplex had everything I needed for my stay to be a smooth one. Appliances were new and worked perfectly, it was equipped with more than I could expect. The furnished accommodations were not only comfortable but also tastefully decorated, the attention to detail was evident in every corner of the space. One of the standout features of this rental was its location, provides easy access to all attractions and amenities city has to offer. What truly sets this place apart is C's hospitality, she went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, her responsiveness to any questions and concerns was impressive. It is clear she takes pride in providing top-notch experience for her guests. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a well-appointed rental in this beautiful desert city.
