Wonderful Apartment!!

I loved staying at this beautiful apartment. It had the historic vibe inside that matched the Victorian beauty outside. Spacious master bedroom with a huge closet. Very big living room, 2 tables to sit at and eat. And a very big kitchen with plenty of counter space and cabinets. Came equipped with kitchen essentials needed, what wasn't there the landlord offered to give me. The landlord Kelley lives right next door and is super friendly and very responsive to anything you need. Willing to give suggestions for good local food places and shops. Would love to stay at this apartment again if I would return to Dayton! Thanks Kelley for a great stay!! -Ashley

Wonderful apartment!

I have truly enjoyed staying in this Victorian home. This well-cared-for apartment has high ceilings and large rooms, giving it an expansive, calm, relaxing feel. The owner is right next door and is very responsive to any questions or needs. It's located in a historic, tree-lined neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Very close to downtown, with many awesome restaurants and many points of interest. It came with everything I needed, from cookware to linens. I highly recommend!

Amazing out of state experience

The ground floor of the house was very accommodating to what I required in my short time in Ohio. It was the most pleasant stay and felt like home. Very lovely home that has a great kitchen, bath and bedrooms. Would definitely stay here again if I ever travel back to Ohio

So much more than just an apartment

This furnished apartment is really a beautiful home in the Huffman Historic District. It is close to everything wonderful in downtown Dayton, but you still have mature tree lined streets for an evening walk. My husband and I stayed there for a little over six months and I didn't want to leave. The landlord lives next door, and is super responsive if you need anything.

LOVED this apartment

I absolutely loved this apartment. Cute, charming, comfortable, and plenty of room. Super comfy beds, cool location with lots of things to do in walking distance and a short, easy commute to area hospitals. Great landlord. Wish I could take this apartment with my wherever I go!

Great property location. Everything needed in Dayton was close by. Very respectful property owner and overall a great rental!
