Quaint Grandin Village Duplex

My significant other and I with our little fur baby stayed here for 3 months this summer. Im a travel nurse and this was the perfect place for us to call home during our time in Roanoke. M and K were wonderful to rent from. This is a duplex but the other renters were hardly ever home and when they were we hardly knew. We will definitely be renting here again if our travels bring us back to VA.

My wife and I have been traveling RNs for 16 years and this apartment is one of our favorite places we have stayed during that time. The owners are fantastic -- super responsive and easy to work with. The apartment was immaculate when we arrived and they left a number of thoughtful welcome items that were a nice surprise. Everything from the flooring, to the appliances, to the fixtures have all been updated and look brand new. Off street parking was very nice with room for two vehicles if needed. The location is outstanding. A short walk to a fantastic local library where you can easily get a card, a couple blocks from the post office, and a short walk to the restaurants, co-op, bookstore, coffee shops, movie theater etc. that are located in Grandin Village. We worked at LGMC and it is an easy 5 minute drive. It would also be easy to get to Carilion (maybe 10 minutes). We don't usually leave reviews, but this apartment is certainly worthy of a five stars. Would stay here again!
