Todd and Christina are the most wonderful hosts. They were flexible with my dates, and I was able to extend my stay longer than originally planned. They are so kind and included me on social invitations and offered to help with groceries if needed. They are very conscientious and want to make sure you have everything to make your stay wonderful. The apartment is well maintained with everything you could possibly need. The area is quiet, and the bedroom is dark and cool. The perfect spot for day sleepers and irregular shift workers. The location is excellent with easy access to parks, restaurants, grocery stores, restaurants, the airport and hospitals. I was also grateful to have a guaranteed, well-lit parking space on the driveway for my 3am arrivals. I am sad to leave the apartment. Unfortunately, work takes me away from the Louisville area. Should I return, I'm definitely going to try to rent this apartment again!

Incredible

Stayed here for a month between places. I've never met hosts like Todd and Christine. Absolutely the most welcoming people I've ever met. They make sure you have everything you need and even think of things you didn't realize you needed! I cannot recommend them more. Just absolutely wonderful people. Will find a way to stay here again!

Clean, cozy, and produce!

A great location, not far from hospitals, stores, and more. There's a park within walking distance. Todd and Christine are the most hospitable and pleasant hosts I have encountered in my years of traveling. They were always available when any issues arose, and they were so kind as to offer garden-fresh produce and herbs too!

This Is The One

From Fall to Spring, I got to live in this lovely duplex. It was always safe - too high for floods, a basement available in case of tornadoes, and the driveway was cleared of snow quick. A generator kept the power on, so no loss of internet. The worst weather in a decade was no issue. You can enjoy the park up the street for the outdoors, or stay in the shared backyard on the premises. It was common for the landlords T and C to grill and treat me to some great food. If you keep to yourself, they respect that too. The interior offers a living room, a full kitchen, a half bathroom, a bedroom, and a full bathroom with a walk in shower. An on site washer/dryer too! The A/C keeps it warm or cool; you have off street parking. The pictures are a true representative of the property. The area is safe and close to stores, shops, gyms, restaurants, and hospitals. If you have concerns, the landlords are on site and quick to respond. The cost is very reasonable for the value you get!

Best Place!

The home is clean, open space, large gated backyard, appliances available with dish ware and utensils. They have made it home away from home for me and my dog. I feel so blessed to have these amazing landlords welcome me and my dog into this cute apartment. And if you need to walk your dog just walk downs the street to Seneca park and youll enjoy it. If you need a close free dog park try visiting Mortons Dog Park. And Im sad to be leaving my last week in November.

Great place to stay

This is a wonderful property close by to everything! The landlords are great and very responsive if you need anything at all. This place is clean, quiet, and comfortable. If I ever have another job in Louisville, I would love to stay here again.

Great stay and great landlords

You will not find better landlords than T and C. They make you feel so welcome while giving you your space. They are accommodating! In conversation I mentioned that I Love Christmas and they let me borrow some beautiful Christmas decorations. They are Quick to respond. I haven't had any issues during my time here over a 6 month period. The space is quiet and comfortable. It has everything you need. The neighborhood is great! Close to everything. I have a dog, as do the landlords and they all got along well. They have a nice fenced in backyard with a garden, unfortunately my time here was during the winter. I'm sad to leave. Thank you for everything!!

Great place with great landlords

This has been such a great stay in Louisville! T and C are so kind and accommodating, making sure that I have everything I need and making great recommendations for things to do. The apartment is spacious, with power blinds that do a good job of darkening the rooms for night shift sleeping. The fenced backyard has been great for my dog and they have been so generous with their vegetable garden and backyard oasis.

Comfortable Stay, Perfect Location

This single level apartment is comfortable, conveniently located within minutes of several hospitals, with easy access to interstates, shopping, and restaurants, yet in a quiet and safe neighborhood. There is a great park nearby for walking, jogging, biking or other outdoor activities. The apartment is well appointed with many amenities.

Fabulous Place, Private Entrance and Great Landlords

This is a truly a fabulous apartment/suite. The property was split into a separate fully handicap accessible unit with a private entrance and ramp up into the apartment. It is spacious with a full kitchen, 1.5 baths, washer and dryer, power blinds and other great amenities. The apartment also opens up to backyard oasis into a fenced yard with a patio and garden. The landlords are also simply good people, they are great hosts that are willing to make your stay as comfortable as possible. So, if you are looking for a spacious suite, great landlords, in a quiet neighborhood with a nearby park and close to several healthcare facilities, then this unit must be on your list to consider.
